- 01Mansfield Performance provides strength & conditioning coaching, speed and athletic development, post-rehab return-to-sport support, and individualised training programs for athletes and active individuals.
- 02Our services are designed for athletes of all levels, from junior and developing athletes through to competitive performers, as well as general population clients looking to improve performance, strength, speed, movement quality, or confidence returning from injury.
- 03Mansfield Performance is based in Ballina, Northern NSW, Australia. Specific training locations and session details are provided during the booking process or consultation.
- 04Currently, Mansfield Performance does not offer online coaching services. However, online coaching and programming options will become available in the near future for athletes and clients who are unable to attend in person. Online services may include individualised training plans, video analysis, performance tracking, and ongoing coach support.
- 05Mansfield Performance work with a wide range of ages and experience levels, from youth athletes beginning structured training through to advanced athletes and adults with previous training experience.
- 06We primarily work with field and court sport athletes, athletics-based athletes, and individuals looking to improve speed, power, strength, and athletic performance. Programs are tailored to the demands of each athletes sport and/or events.
- 07Getting started is simple — contact us through the website or booking form to arrange an initial consultation. From there, we’ll discuss your goals, training history, current level, and recommend the best coaching option for you.
- 08In most cases, a referral is not required. However, if returning from a serious and/or recent injury, a clearance form from an accredited health practitioner may be required to ensure safe participation.
- 09Please bring appropriate training clothing, supportive footwear, a water bottle, and any relevant medical or injury information that may help guide your training. Track Session: It is recommended that participants bring running spikes to improve training quality and sprint mechanics. Gym Sessions: It is recommended that participants bring shoes that have a flatter base and a balance between firm and soft padding for both lifting and plyometric exercises.
- 10The initial consultation is focused on understanding your goals, training background, injury history, and performance needs. Depending on the service, this may also include movement screening and discussion around program structure and expectations.
