Strength and power training designed for sprinters, middle-distance runners and jump athletes wanting to improve performance both on and off the track. Programs are tailored to the athlete’s event, training age, competition schedule and individual needs, with an emphasis on developing strength, power output, movement quality and long-term durability. Whether developing foundational strength or supporting high-performance athletes, training is built to transfer directly to athletic performance.

FIELD & COURT
ATHLETES

Gym-based performance training for field and court sport athletes looking to improve strength, explosiveness and physical resilience. Programming is adjusted to the athlete’s sport, position, season demands and current training load to ensure sessions complement both competition and field-based work. Training focuses on building powerful, capable athletes who can consistently perform at a high level throughout the season.

PERFORMANCE
ATHLETES

Performance-focused strength training for athletes and individuals outside traditional track and team sports. This includes surfers, combat athletes, hybrid athletes, weekend competitors and general population clients wanting to become stronger, more athletic and more capable in everyday performance. Programs are individualised to training background, goals and lifestyle, with a focus on strength development, movement quality and long-term progression.
